Mango is a sweet fruit that makes a splendid topping for all kinds of savory dishes, including beans & rice, chicken and seafood.
Always use homemade salsa recipes instead of the processed, store-bought kind that are loaded with chemicals, preservatives and refined sugar. Fresh food is where it's at!
Chop all ingredients according to instruction and place in bowl. Cut orange in half and, with your hands, squeeze juice from 1/2 orange on top of the chopped ingredients. Mix together thorougly. Ready to eat!
Remember: Fresh is always best!
