Ingredients:
You will need:
4 or 5 passion fruit (also called granadilla)
1 room-temperature ripe banana (look for the brown spots - see picture below)
3 frozen bananas (simply peel, break into 2 or 3 pieces and stick in your freezer before you go to bed at night. In the morning, voila!)
DO NOT ADD WATER!!! Follow directions exactly in order.
Makes one large serving or two small servings.
Important: For maximum flavor, make sure your bananas are fully ripened with lots of brown spots before you freeze them. They should look like this:

Passion fruit looks like this:

Directions:
1) Take your bananas out of the freezer 30 minutes before you're ready, in order to soften them up a bit.
2) The passion fruit are ripe when they're soft. Cut in half and scoop out the gooey green insides (don't eat the skin!).
3) Place the green insides, along with the room-temperature banana, into your blender and blend until smooth.
3) Add frozen bananas and blend until very smooth. There should be no chunks!
Spoon into a bowl or mug and enjoy! Note that the black specks are the passion fruit seeds. :-)

Seriously, this is a little bite of heaven! Simple dessert recipes just don't come any tastier than this!

The first time I tasted this recipe, I declared it my new favorite!
